Standard Orders: 5-7 Business days before shipping

Freestyle or Custom Cases: 2-3 Business days before shipping

Standard Shipping – USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 Business Days)

This is our most popular shipping method. Affordable and reliable delivery within 2–5 business days after your order is completed.

 

Priority Shipping – USPS Priority Mail (1–3 Business Days)

Need your case faster? Priority Mail offers expedited delivery within 1–3 business days once shipped. Ideal for birthdays, gifts, or rush needs.

Digital Products:

Delivered via email after purchase.

Custom Cases:

Deposits secure your charms and material. Once you pay the process can start

~ Your deposit applies toward your total balance- Only applies to DM orders

~ The remaining balance is due before shipment. Only applies to DM orders

Shipping & Delivery

 Orders ship via USPS Priority or UPS

~ Tracking numbers will be sent by email or text

~Local Pick-up/Drop-off avalible in the San Antonio area ( upon request)

Returns & Repairs

Because each design is custom-made and blessed, all sales are final.

~ If your item arrives damaged, contact me within 3 days with photos.

~ Small repairs or replacements may be offered at my discretion.

Candle Policy (Safety, Quality & Disclaimer)

Handmade With Love:

~All candles are hand-poured in small batches using high-quality fragrance oils and premium wax.

Variations:

~Because candles are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, and appearance are normal.

Scent Strength:

~Scent throw may vary depending on room size, airflow, and burn time.

Candle Safety:

• Always trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
• Never leave candles unattended.
• Keep away from children, pets, and drafts.
• Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time.

    Non-Refundable Items-

    Digital, Candles & Custom Cases:

    • Because these items are downloadable and immediately accessible, they are 100% non-refundable.
    • Please make sure your email is entered correctly at checkout.
    • Candles may soften if left in hot mailboxes; please bring indoors ASAP.
    • I am not responsible for melted candles due to heat exposure during delivery.
    • No returns or exchanges due to the nature of handmade items.
    • If your candle arrives damaged, email a photo within 24 hours for a replacement claim.
