Returns & Repairs

Because each design is custom-made and blessed with prayer, all sales are final.

~ If your item arrives damaged, contact me within 3 days with photos.

~ Small repairs or replacements may be offered at my discretion.

Handmade With Love:

~All candles are hand-poured in small batches using high-quality fragrance oils and premium wax.

Variations:

~Because candles are handmade, minor variations in color, texture, and appearance are normal.

Scent Strength:

~Scent throw may vary depending on room size, airflow, and burn time.

Candle Safety:

• Always trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
• Never leave candles unattended.
• Keep away from children, pets, and drafts.
• Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time.

  • I am not responsible for allergic reactions to scents, oils, or ingredients.
  • Ingredients are listed on each product.

    Non-Refundable:

     

    • Because these items are downloadable and immediately accessible, they are 100% non-refundable.
    • Please make sure your email is entered correctly at checkout.
    • Candles may soften if left in hot mailboxes; please bring indoors SAP.
    • I am not responsible for melted candles due to heat exposure during delivery.
    • No returns or exchanges due to the nature of handmade items.
    • If your candle arrives damaged, email a photo within 24 hours for a replacement claim.
